  • Copies of marksheets of Std X, XII and Semester marksheets / Transcripts of the Bachelors degree.
  • 2 academic Reference letters from professors. One reference in case of UG application.
  • If you have work experience, then at least one work recommendation from the employer who can review your professional abilities.
  • Statement of Purpose.
  • Curriculum Vitae/Resume.
  • Score cards of TOEFL / IELTS / PTE if available / required.

Visa Documents

Dubai Study Visa Documentation

The Dubai (Student Visa) allows international students to study at accredited Dubai institutions, granted based on meeting eligibility requirements such as course acceptance, finances, and English proficiency. Mentioned below are the general steps for the study visa process

  • Finance for 12 months tuition fee + living cost
  • Completed โ€˜Student Visaโ€™ form
  • Clear passport copy – passport should have validity of 6 months when applying for a Student Visa
  • Contact details in UAE (if available)
  • Parent/guardianโ€™s name and nationality
  • Digital passport sized color photograph with white background.
  • Copy of tuition fees receipt for the current year and security deposit receipt (if applicable)for the current year.
  • Copy of Visa fees receipt for the current year.
  • Completed medical insurance documentation (if arranged out with the University).

Student visa is granted for one year and is to be renewed every year.
Initially Student gets an entry permit to enter Dubai and then the visa is granted at the visa office of Dubai Airport

  • Visa processing fee: 3000 – 4000 AED (Rs. 55,000 – 72,000 approx.)
  • Other than above Visa Processing Fees, Refundable Visa deposit: 4000 – 5000 AED (Rs. 72,000 – 90,000
    approx.) [returned to you by university after completing studies]
  • Medical insurance: 1500 – 2500 AED (Rs. 27,000 – 45,000 approx.)
